Please read this document carefully before using the 1800s platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1800s platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you hereby expressly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform.
The 1800s platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of online entertainment services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
1800s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of our terms.

Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services on the 1800s platform, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, an active mobile number, and a strong password. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted at registration.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or used by any third party.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — including username and password — confidential. 1800s will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to user negligence. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse the same password across other accounts.
Always log out of your account after each session, especially on devices shared with others.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
All users of the 1800s platform are required to use our services in a responsible and lawful manner, without compromising other users or the integrity of the platform. Any use that violates applicable Malaysian laws is strictly prohibited.
Actions strictly prohibited on the 1800s platform include:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to exploit the gaming system or payout odds.
- Opening multiple accounts, assuming another person's identity, or submitting false personal information during registration.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or transactions suspected to be connected to illegal activity.
- Attempting to access, modify, or damage the platform's systems, databases, or technical infrastructure.
- Distributing harmful, threatening, or offensive content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Sharing or reselling account access to any third party.
Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action at the discretion of 1800s.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 1800s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name and not that of a third party.
Funds deposited into an account cannot be transferred between accounts. Withdrawals may only be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one (1) to three (3) business days.
1800s reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, in breach of these terms, or linked to unlawful activity. In such cases, users will be notified via their registered email address. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as stated in the user account section.
Bonuses, promotional offers, and other incentives that may be made available from time to time are subject to specific conditions that will be stated at the time of the offer. Users are required to read the bonus terms carefully before accepting them.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
1800s shall not be liable for any indirect losses, financial losses, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 1800s makes no guarantee that it will operate without interruption at all times. We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime free from technical disruptions.
A user account may be suspended or closed immediately under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud, use of multiple accounts, violation of terms of use, an official request by Malaysian authorities, or at the discretion of 1800s based on an internal investigation. In cases where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may not be refunded.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms
All content on the 1800s platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, images, and software code — is the property of 1800s or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, republish, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written authorisation.
The 1800s platform may contain links to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 1800s is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Users are advised to review the respective terms before engaging with any external services.
1800s reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
